Hi, I’m Ann! I am the author, recipe creator, food stylist, designer, and photographer behind Uncomplicated Foodie.

By day I work for a dairy company in their corporate test kitchens. Over the years have worked for other major food companies in Minneapolis and have the opportunity to create lots of recipes for many different clients. So obviously am thinking about food all the time!

I will be sharing my collection of recipes that I have curated over the years. Some recipes are my own and some are my version of other’s recipes. I will do my best to recognize others work with a shout out or link to the original recipes.

My recipes shared here reflect my constant obsession with all types of food from the healthy options to the not so healthy, but all just “simple good eats!” Eating well does not have to be complicated!
